Equipment Catalog
The first report a health system wants on its equipment is a catalog: what it owns, facility by facility. Build that catalog from the inventory export, exactly as the health system wrote it down.
Task
Pull the data from the data API. For each facility (A, B, C, D and E):
- List every unique manufacturer and model pair in that facility's records, with the number of records that have it.
- Name the facility's most common model: the pair with the most records.
Work with the names as they appear in the records. Don't clean, merge or correct them:
Comparison ignores case and extra spaces, so Philips Medical and PHILIPS MEDICAL are the same pair. Anything else that differs is a different pair.

Scoring
Each facility is scored on its own, and the five scores are averaged.
- Pairs (75%): F1 over the pairs you list. A pair with the right count earns full credit, a pair with a wrong count half. Pairs that aren't in the facility's records lower your precision.
- Most common model (25%): right or wrong.
