Shared Models

Models that every hospital in a system runs are where standardization pays off first: one service contract, one set of spare parts, one training program. Find them.

Task

Find every manufacturer and model pair present at all four medical centers: A, B, C and D. Leave out facility E; a pair doesn't have to be there, and its records don't count toward the totals.

For each shared pair, report:

total: its record count across the four medical centers
per_facility: its record count at each of A, B, C and D

As in Q1, use the names as they appear in the records. A pair counts as present at a facility only if that exact pair appears there, ignoring case and extra spaces.

Scoring

Models (50%): F1 over the pairs you list against the pairs that are really shared.
Counts (50%): for each shared pair, the share of its five numbers (total and the four facilities) you got exactly right. Pairs you miss count as zero.
